I started doing it about three years ago. I've lost 45 lbs. (Still have another 45 lbs to go.) It's WORTH IT.

I would defninatly miss the Internet.

And a good Pizza once in a while.

And that's all I would miss.

Oh... I would miss my CPAP machine.

but that's about it.
