  1. As of 2/4/07 - Looks like RFIII will be in Gettysburg. More to follow....
  2. Hmm...best to ask Mad_Jack about 'streaming' a video or slideshow (I think that's the term for it) on the chat, Rats. I'm sure that he may be able to help. And yes Chole, we can't wait until Merrydeath shows Foxe at his best!
  3. Of course, Pete! I am sure that any photos of the event or parties would be greatly appreciated. You can forward them to the RF2 website ReenactorFest.com
  4. Hmmm....Perhaps we should introduce the idea of having the 'Bonniest Knees Contest' at the next Chicago RF event. Looks like our Boson may have a bit of competition if we include the Romans and the British military in the game next year!
  5. Thank you Blaze and Mary Diamond for the photo which show everyone that we reenactors are a fun loving group! You rock Mary Diamond!
  6. Mary Diamond and Rats... Grogtinis for EVERYONE!!!!
  7. I have more...much more, of course...but I would love to see photos from the others who were there....and you know who you are, don't you As for the "Time Warp" photo, if ANYONE has that shot, PLEASE PM me. From what I can remember I think everyone was out on the dance floor for that one...so a picture of this would be highly coveted!
  8. Here is Lady B ...oh, and Cap'n Pete and Rats...again...
  9. Give Us A Kiss Our crewe's Gunner (Billie) and Skittles (Shannon - Master March's Wife!)
  10. Oi Pete...Rats! I know who we can pick pocket at our next event!
  11. Friday Night Jeopardy Game... As you can see...Rats is trying hard to listen to the questions as Cap'n Pete looks on!
  12. Here is John (Roman) Mary Diamond and Blaze taking time out for a picture...
  13. More fun than a barrel of Pyrates! Here is our very own Rats and yes, that's our Cap'n Pete (Russian)!
  14. Cap'n Pete! My camera is 'heavy' with your image! And with that.... Let the postings begin! Blaze pictured in front is the right-hand man of our fearless leader Mike Bollow, whom is the one in the kilt...and both are feeling no pain!
  15. Hello to you all... I've been home for about 2 hours now, but it's been non-stop for me trying to get things unpacked and back to normal - (Whatever the heck that is!) My mind is fried, my body needs sleep (up every night until 3 am since Thursday), and a good hot meal...but...here I sit in my flannel pjs and bunny slippers trying to beat this dreadful cold weather (-24 degrees windchill here in my neck of WI) and down load pictures...that's right people...I've got 'em and I am sure that there are a few out there that could be used for some serious blackmail! Please note, I FORGOT my digital camera and had to use a cheap 35m camera instead. Some turned out wonderfully...others...well, not so good and to top it all off, I need to scan, edit and transfer them all...so please be patient with me. To all of you here on the pub that showed up to RF2; a great thanks to you all! I hope that this event provided everything that you were looking for in the way of information, entertainment and networking. Though, I was "tag-teaming" between three (3) responsibilities at this event, I wish I had more time to connect with more of you. I missed my opportunity more than once to stop and give a proper hello to most of you...(now I am kicking myself!) Next time...I shall limit responsibilities more. MerryDeath, Lady B, Mary Diamond, Foxe, Allurina, Chole, Jessie, Kass, Bob...and ALL the rest...THANK YOU! Without you and those like you...Reenactor Fest would have never been the success it was this year! All The Best!
  16. Lilly smiled again, and nodded with pleasure. "Yes, kind Sir. We can drown our sorrows and feast upon good company!" She watched the Captain wave his hand to the maid servant from across the bar. "I perfer the mutton." She said handing over her glass so the maid servant would refill it. Lilly watched the Captain pounder upon his choice and she sat back gently in her chair and begain to tell her tale.
  17. To those of you attending this weekend's event, I look forward to seeing you at Reenactor Fest II. Please drive, fly, and sail safely and look forward to having a great time!
  18. Lilly took a sip from her glass and with a wistful look gave way to a small sigh. “My Dear Captain, the tale of my journey here to Port Royal is filled with peril and heartache. It has been less then one month’s time upon this island and yet, much has happened to me that would cause the strongest of men to shred a tear at the very telling of my tale. Now are you sure that you are a man of convictions that would be able to sustain such a tale?” She looked over at him once again and gave him a sorrowful look.
  19. Amazed that the Captain did not know of her fame, she blushed for a moment. "I see you do not get to London very often, Captain. “Pity,” She taking her seat next to the bar, “My face and my performances are quite well known. I am Mistress Lilly McKinney, Actress.” She said smiling allowing the good Captain to take her hand.
  20. "Ooo!" Mistress Lilly exclaimed in joyous tones. "What is its' name?" She watched the small adorable creature swirl about their feet. "May I pet it?" She questioned the good Captain. "I love dogs." She said with a smile. ..."whether they have two legs or four...they are most amusing!" The Captain just smiled at her coy comment.
  21. ^ Teach them how to view the world with open eyes and not to pass judgement on those different from themselves. ^ Yes, a few left over from All Hallow's Eve! ...wait Jill, were you talking about the 'other' kind? < I should be cleaning the house right now.... V Money or Barter?
  22. If memory serves me well, Captain Sterling...Port Washington is a lovely town. Small enough to walk the downtown area and see lake Michigan from some of local pubs ( ) Lovely place for a party....Aye Rats?
