Ladies and Gentlemen of the crews... when sending your tent footprint information along on your registration forms...and you are stating tent 10 x14/fly... I need to know if you are including the size of the fly in the 10 x14 footprint OR if your fly is an additional added size...for instance...10 x 14 tent/plus/ 10 x 12 fly... in other words, if you are lumping the two together, please state so, or please remember to include the size of the fly as well....

Just a head's up to the crews.... we are attempting to place all crew members with their crews whilst establishing the camp layout, BUT you need to get your information(i.e. completed registration form and Tent footprint) in asap. If you tarry and wait to the last minute, I cannot promise that you will be camping with the rest of your crew.
