  1. I had an AMAZING time. I think I was kicking and screaming when it was time to leave. Sea turtles, baracudas, iguanas on the beach, scuba diving, sun and sand. If it weren't for my family that I adore, there would have been no reason to return home.

  2. ....As promised....just some teaser pics.....

Here's me on the ship, casino deck:

    My beautiful bride relaxing:

  3. That is classic. The corruption of words is funny. Like the corruption of the ship's "purser" to the slang "pusser".

I think using dog as a curse word would have to be used in a VERY extreme context nowadays. People throw around the word dog and use it far too loosely.....look at Randy Jackson  Everyone is a dog to him.

  4. If it is legit, I hope it's a hell of a lot better than that bilge they put out on the Hallmark channel. I should have known better just by the name Hallmark......ugh, Blackbeard being reduced to a greeting card production. B)

  5. I have to agree with the Hallmark "Blackbeard" sucking. It was horrible. But I have to disagree with Pirates of the Caribbean 2-3. I loved them. Plus, they weren't trying to come across as an actual hisorical piece like Hallmarkbeard was.

As for Cutthroat Island....come on, it's fun to watch if you are not too uptight. I mean, Gena Davis as a pirate ? I cracked up at the thought of the nympho vampire Odette from Transylvania 6-5000 playing a pirate captain.

  6. Some color inside the lines, others like to color outside the lines, still others like to blur the them. I'm always on the side of the last two.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I'm not crappin' on people that own live ammo, I happen to have a cache myself (and living in California...yikes  ). I was just referring to those that improperly store it and thus, put firefighters lives at risk in the event of a fire.

  7. I happen to agree with your opinion, Gunner. My father has been a firefighter with the Orange County Fire Authority (way back before it was the "Authority", when it was just the Department), for over 30 years.

And he is still on active duty.

I would hate to even think about a situation where my father would have to enter a burning structure where live ammunition and explosives are kept by an irresponsible person.
