Ahoy there Sam, Is there any chance you can post a screen capture/snapshot picture of what this bug/problem looks like? I've tried to reproduce it in several browsers, Firefox, Internut Exploder, Google Chrome and I'm not seeing it. . . Anybody else seeing this problem?

I'm not sure, I'll have to look into it. . . If there isn't a way to do it from your end, via the UCP, your User Control Panel, I think I can do it (globally) through the Administrator Panel. But like I said, I'll have to check into it. In any case, I think it sounds like a good idea - I'll add it to my ToDo list.

Ok now that the update is done - anyone have any bugs to report?

I'm not sure what I can do immediately - I mean look how many months it took before I finally got the Pub to display semi-correct on iphones. . . But really before I do anything, I need to know how we're looking on smart phones - is there anyone out that can report?

For all the iphone and other mobile device users: what would you like to see/ or change if you could, while using the pub from your phone? For me, so far everything is much better but photo gallery at the top is showing the pics vertically. So you have to scroll down a bit to get to the first topic. Not a big deal but I would rather see the topics first Lilly if I understand you correctly, the horizontal row of recently uploaded images that displays at the top of the forum, is showing up as a long vertical column on your iphone that you have to then scroll through before you can get to any topics. Is that right? Just a note to everyone who thought I had abandoned the iphone/smart phone issues, the Pub has now been updated to support iphone and smart phones. Though it seems to be working better, it sounds like we're still having some troubles. Please test it and give me your feedback here.

If I click on the chat at the very top in the form of a tab, it goes right to chat. When I click on the subforum that says "Pyracy Pub Chatroom" I get the same error that Lady Barbossa is speaking about."The specified application has been disabled" It might just be a link issue on the subforum, but that chat tab works just fine. Sorry my bad, I didn't update the link. The Pyracy Pub Chat Room link from the Forums page should work now. Everyone, please give it a try.

JUNE 16 - 20 2010 | PYRACY PUB MAINTENANCE Ahoy Shipmates, It’s time again to update the Pyracy Pub system, gallery and database softwares. This morning I’ll be backing up the database and graphic assets. I'll start the upgrade process later today - this evening. . . or maybe tomorrow or the next day. As always there’s a possibility of some unforeseen technical hiccup that may result in a loss of recently posted content and information. So please try and keep track of your conversation threads – because I’m not sure that I’ll be able to recover lost information posted after I make the back-up. But once again there’s some big changes planned, ranging from juggling management staff to replacing our current chat client – not to mention the address of that nagging mess of a sea monster that is our events forum. So please bear with us, pay attention and feel free to chime in as things fall apart or seem to get fixed. Cheers, - Stynk

Between getting flack for putting the Devil's Dozen - Order of Leviathan Public Forum in the wrong place and a lack of interest - I will be moving the Devil's Dozen - Order of Leviathan Public Forum in with the rest of the other crew forums. However this, the Private Forum will stay right here where it is. . . . at some point.

Just let me know what you want your new Login Name/Character Name to be and I'll see what I can do.

I do know that the system manages such things with cookies . . . so if your browser is deleting them or isn't keeping track of them - that could be a reason. It could also be something as simple as your browser updated it's self and now there's some sort of software compatibility issue - even if no one else is complaining about it. I believe the Pub software is due for another update. I want to read up on it and see what people are saying before I apply it though.

Has anyone told Captain Black that we meet here?I know I contacted Cap'n Michael and Jules Evermore. . . for some reason I thought Captain Black was already here. I'm not sure, Stynky. I haven't told him, I guess I just took for granted that he already knew. I will be glad to let him know, if you haven't already done so. By the way, send me your flag!
