  1. First, I recommend that you keep your voice down for fear that any surgeon should hear you and...prescribe. How they love to prescribe. Second, a good hammock in the almond grove with a drink, well aged should put you better, if not right.
  2. Anytime during the daylight hours is fine.
  3. Had surgery following a botched root canal. Even as the drill was digging into my jaw I thought, "At least this isn't the 18th century." In celebration of a horrible day under the knife, I'll take a heaping order of the special.
  4. We're all looking forward to the event, but we could certainly use some updates and news about travel, expenses, events, and our part in it all.
  5. Mister Salmons! Welcome aboard good fellow. Now get yourself and Matthew over to the Muster of the Mercury...
  6. Happy birthday, lad. Sorry we missed you at FdC.
  7. I didn't fully express how grateful I was for the live music. I've wanted live music in the crew for years, so when Mark and John plucked out a song or two or twelve the other night, wow. Thanks for that and please do more.
  8. If that Kate weren't virtual, I'd be dead. I'd eat there always and I'd die. Plain and simple. That said...
  9. The place has ebb and flow. I might have called her 'Tsunami Tide', but Kate suits her better.
  10. How could you miss it? It's a few hundred feet on a side.
  11. If you knew MadPete like we do... There once was a sailor named Pete Who would grin both in ease and defeat It was somewhat beguiling That he never stopped smiling Even when his last rites were complete
  12. I think you caught the projectile leaving the barrel on that one.
  13. Huzzah Mercury! capatain, mostly due to william... Ohhhh no. I have to pass credit along to those who fed and furnished. John, Janet and Bo did more than me. I just wear one hat among the many good people of the crew.
  14. Rumors of my death, have been greatly exaggerated... ...and so forth. Made it home after 1 in the morning last night. My many thanks to everyone who participated. You all made it what it was and we we're greatly praised by factions from the fort.
  15. I promise to shoot a great many more pictures than I did last year.
  16. Projects all but done. Tickets waiting at the counter. Kit laid out. Now the frenzied, final day of packing, plotting and panicking.
  17. I was and still am looking forward to the finished product.
