Today My First Mate bought me this wonderful little ship. - she rocks back n forth to the sound of crashing waves and howling winds(the ship not the First Mate) - Cannon barrels flash light to sounds of cannon fire. - Sounds of Pirates singing and the Captain's commands to his swarthy crew. First Mate told me I can have it now but to not whine at Christmas when I don't have anything big to unwrap....I told her we will cross that deck when we get to it....lol

CONGRATULATIONS TO TALES OF THE SEVEN SEAS -
Authentic?.........I'll tell you about authentic clothing. It is in the 90's here in Northeast Florida and this authentic wool coat is killing me...lol I am going on an author's media cruise today on the Jacksonville princess and even though the idea is to impress the media so as to garner some coverage in newspapers and TV, I don't know how long I can keep this coat on..... I’m hoping the salon is air-conditioned else wise I'm kicking off the coat and donning my earring and eye patch and do the pirate thing instead of the British Navy thing...lol Hope you all have a great weekend. KP And I lifts a glass to the CONFEDERATE NAVY OF CALIFORNIA..."LONG MAY YOU SAIL"

Captain ye might give St. Augustine a look as a possible winter port. It is the Nation's oldest city (1565) and has several major pirate events each year, Searles Raid in March , Fernandina Shrimp/Pirate Festival in January, Drake's Raid in June. We have several pirate groups in the area like Brothers of the Coast The Fernandina Pirate's Club and Tales of the Seven Seas East just down the road in Orlando......Too many things to list.....Take a look at the St. Augustine Welcome Web Site. and by the way we be betwix the Key West Pirates in Paradise and the Carolina and Virginia Pirate events. Just some info for you to digest. Fair Winds KP (Joe O'Steen) p.s.: Plenty of Yankee yachts for the Royalist ta moon....lol :)
