Just finished a celebrity chef event, we served an 18th century Caribbean stewed beef dish, 22lbs of beef, 12lbs of Veg and herbs, 8 lbs of Rice. Feed 150 people. WE were the talk of the event. Pirates Rule.

Got back from GA yesterday to help celebrate Capt. Youngbloods birthday. Over 40 Pirates in attendance. Dinner with great friends, made a lot of children smile. Whew, good to be in home port.
