Aye, the exhibit to be seen was "Tattoo in the Life of the American Sailor" at the Independence Seaport Museum in Philadelphia. Starting with the Whalers and the So. Sea Islanders it covered the Navy thru' the wars and the countercultures as well. They had a fest aboard the Warship "Olympia", 1892, in Oct. for a weekend. It was awesome!
