Thanks to Quartermaster James, Lost Soul and Maggie for a great weekend..they took us out black powder shooting and we had a great time, learned a lot..and shot a lot.Definitely something I want to pursue!

whoa- here in the port of Vancouver- it be HOT! wretchedly hot! Not that I'm complainin' mind you....

Woke up at 3:30 am, drove 7 hours to Portland, through snow, ice, wind and rain, napped for 3 hours, went and drank, danced and plundered with the greatest bunch o' pirates, slept 4 hours, drove all the way back...and it was totally worth it! Thankee Mates!

Ye know ye are a pirate, when as a child, yer chocolate bar o' choice is a bounty bar..cause it's coconut and evokes the feeling of marooned pirates.

yesterday rain- now I need me sunglasses again today!
