Yaaaaaar!

Ok, the story is a tad long but here goes. I joined the pub as a social experiment to better understand "pirates". It was limited to 500 posts to make sure I got myself out there enough and to get to know as many people as I could while still maintaining a dead line. Long story short, You guys rock and have inspired me (in a good way) to create something all my own, a dirty, stinky, filthy pirate forum.

Now I won't say what it is because (1) it looks like crap at the moment and (2) just wouldn't be nice to look like I'm "stealing" any members from here. Rest assured, my place will be for drunken riff raff that would likely upset the sweet and calm waters o' this pub. I'll keep a link to the pub on my main page to let people know that there's a home for them no matter what they are a pirate for.

Drunken behavior, lewd comments and tasteless jokes unending will be my focus. As you know, not Pub suitable. Stay tuned to Bilgemunky After Dark because once my forum is up and running I will be running a commercial. Now I can't come up with enough about myself for the duration of the commercial so I'll be tossing a little Pyracy.com love in there as well as another pirate site that can't afford to advertise. Yaaaar!

I'll pop in here from time to time just to say hello. I erased my profile so that I would get off my lazy arse and set sail for this project after many months of pushing it off. The pub is so awesome that I decided long before 500 posts that I wanted to do this. Alas, the more I post here the less motivation I have for me own project, so just consider this a little pub vacation for yours truly.
