A kitchen box for my encampment that I built out of pine to save on weight. However, in recent years, it's been tough to find pine that isn't bendy - I really had to wrestle with the wood to get a square box! It's around 18 x 22 x 12.

More along these lines: Folding chair

I've re-built older camp stools, but I'd really like a couple of chairs with backs on 'em. And ones that aren't three inches from the ground.
