Next time get those people in civilian clothing to wear garb. lol Actually you may be able to get away with cropping the right side of the photo, just to the right of the flag and maybe "blur" or "smudge" the person in the red hoodie a bit.

That was for halloween and that would be a trick or treater. We had 5000 people walk through our camp in two nights.
