CrazyCholeBlack
Love the progression Mr. Hand. I was actually just thinking of the same thing, as this weekend is my 1 year anniversary on getting interested in the GAoP. It's amazing to think of what a difference 12 months & a bit of dedication (alright, obsession ) can make. May 06 (for the local ren. fair) June 06 Feb 07 May 07 (yes I stole your photos Cheeky, thanks) This also reminds me that I need to make the effort to get in more photos. Capt. Sterling
Great idea for a thread! Jacky Tar
Chole yer final garb selection is grand and ye look splendid! But I do like the whimsical pirate too. If Patrick were shorter, I'd wait around t' get his castoffs, his garb all looks great.
William Brand
This also reminds me that I need to make the effort to get in more photos. There are precious few of me. Don't worry. If you are anywhere near me and my brother at PIP, you'll have an album of photos of yourself alone. We tend to shoot a great many pictures. Jack Roberts
OK I'll give this a shot. 1. More of a Ren Faire outfit, not really a pirate. But my first outfit. 2006 sometime. 2. A little after the first one. 3. Just before Pirates 2 4. Me and Capt'n Jim meeting the first time at the Clearwater Pirate Fest. (I think thats what the name was.) 5. Tampa Ren Faire 07 That about where I sit at the moment. Been busy working on my wifes stuff lately. More on that in a moment. Cheeky Actress
Just love the idea of this site! It shows us how far we have come and how much we've learned from those around us. The exchange of ideas/information is a wonderful thing, isn't it And Chole...not too worry...barrow away! I hope to have several good shots of you from this past weekend that I can post very soon. Cheeky ...now, I must post my own progression (shutter)! Member of "The Forsaken"
Red-Handed Jill
My own progression has gone all over the place. I do so much entertaining, most of my piratical garb falls within the Howard Pyle realm. However, I'm working on more authentic garb in linen and wool. About half of it is done.
Cheeky Actress
Well, I guess my garb in progress has been all over the place. I wasn't sure what type of pyrate I wanted to be.... At first I was thinking of a 'Female Pyrate' Persona 2003 2004 2005 Then it evolved into something more...almost there, but not quite! Finally, I hit the mark on Halloween 2006 Now for my Mistress Persona 2006 After redrafting and refitting by my good and gracious Captain, it now look like this... And for the comman woman's attire 2006 To this! 2007 And I know that I will not stop here...so much more to do! Member of "The Forsaken"
