Captain Kidd's Pirate Day - Wilmington, DE

Dress as your favorite pirate for a family-friendly event inspired by Delaware’s infamous Captain Kidd! Join us on our shipyard campus and inside our Copeland Maritime Center for an afternoon of pirate fun.

• Special thanks to Noramco, the City of Wilmington, Diamond State Recycling, and Wilmington City Council.

Activities include:

• FREE Kalmar Nyckel ship tours from 12:30-4:00pm
• Cannon and Blacksmith Demonstrations
• Treasure Hunt, Sword School and Inflatable "Axe" Throw
• Pirate Crafts, Build a Pirate Ship, and Selfie Stations
• Face Painting and Food Trucks
• Free Admission and Parking. Fees for some activities.
