    Thursday: Pub Crawl Friday: PIrate Invasion, Concert, Fireworks Saturday: Downtown Party Monday: Torchlite Parade The Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival is held along the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida in Fort Walton Beach. Named after legendary pirate William Augustus Bowles (aka Billy Bowlegs), this family-friendly, pirate themed celebration is in its 68th year. The festival features the Pre-Invasion on Thursday night, a Pirate Skirmish between the Krewe of Bowlegs and the mayor of Fort Walton Beach on Friday night, the Pirate Landing when Captain Billy Bowlegs and his Krewe attempt to capture the city and mayor on Saturday afternoon, and the celebratory Torchlight Parade on Monday night. Other festivities include the highly popular treasure hunt, a fireworks show, live music, an arts and crafts festival, and delicious food and beverages.

    Plymouth Pirates Weekend
    Pirates Weekend in Plymouth returns on 18 and 19 May 2024, with plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy across the waterfront!

    For 2024, we are expanding our programme to West Hoe Park, where you will find a fun filled entertainment lineup, 10am to 4pm on both days.

    With circus pirate performers, stalls, a pirate ship and a dog show – including the best dressed pirate pup and the nearby Treasure Island Adventure Park, this location is sure to attract a huge amount of interest.

    The festival's hours of operation are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

    Legends of the Seas Weekend
    The Legends of the Seas come alive at Scarborough Renaissance Festival this weekend!
    CHILDREN’S PIRATE TREASURE HUNT *All-New* – Hunt throughout the festival site (Saturday & Sunday) to win a free Ice Cream cup. Treasure Hunt maps are available at the Exit Gate. PIRATE GAMES *All-New* – 12:30 pm at the Royal Marquee each day. See if you have what it takes to become Pirate! (No registration required) ADULT’S & CHILDREN’S LEGENDS OF THE SEAS COSTUME CONTESTS –  Pirates, Mermaids, and all other manner of Sea Creatures are invited to join in the fun each day!  Contests take place at the Royal Pavilion at 1:30 pm. (No Registration Required). SHANTY FEST *All-New* – Come sing along with the shanties of the seas. 3:30 pm each day at the Sea Hag Stage. MERMAID LAGOON offers patrons the chance to meet and interact with Mermaids in one of the most unique tropical settings to showcase these mythical creatures. Watch for Specials May 17, 18, 19 *Pirate Weekend May 25/26 Viking Weekend * May 17 is Student Day. Student tickets are $5/Adults $10. Students must be accompanied by an adult. Entertainers will be doing special shows for students. Vendors that choose to do so will be open.
    Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM
     
    NO PETS. SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY due to horses, jouster horses, birds of prey, and cockatoo show at the events.
