Leather Bodice

Recommended Posts

My cohort in crime (Diosa) just got this photo from her connection in bodice land for approval. I just had to share it! It almost transcends a piece of clothing - more like art.

Now stand down you blackards. This is ol' Hurricane's mate (you all can have the mannequin shown) Still awaiting the spider web chaining that connects the top. Will share more photos and the designer (unless you can already tell who it is) when it arrives. It's not period, but it's magnificent. He does amazing work!!!!

Captain's humble opinion...

Wow, that's cool. (Not exactly my style, though  ) They ought to make it in color-dyed leathers. What is it going to cost, if I may be so bold?

Mycroft: "My brother has the brain of a scientist or a philosopher, yet he elects to be a detective. What might we deduce about his heart?"

John: "I don't know."

Mycroft: "Neither do I. But initially he wanted to be a pirate."

Y'know, that design would look awesome on a leather jacket.

(I'd feel like Tim Curry wearing the bodice, though. Except not so skinny. Besides, I always liked Riff Raff better as a character...)

I'm a sweet transvestite from traaaansexual transsss.....

I can picture it now.

OF COURSE you mean Tim Curry. I hope.

(Otherwise, I can't picture it at all. Explain it to me. Better yet, don't. :o )

This one is a full custom job but the designer does stock items based on this basic design in black. He also does bodices and other wear.

Will post photos when it arrives and have more information.
