Pirate songs in MP3 format

Recommended Posts

My first posting and haven't had a chance to real all the rules and go through all the postings. Was wondering if there were any pirate songs here in the mp3 format or something similar. I'd like to give a listen to some, whatever is available.

Followed a couple of mentioned links but only found lyrics or artists, no songs.

Thanks for taking the time to read this & in advance for any assistance you might be kind enough to lend.

Bounding Main distributes its CDs through CDBaby.com, and through them our songs are distributed digitally via at least 25 websites - well, this is the list: BuyMusic, MSN Music, Bitmunk, Apple iTunes, MusicNet, MusicNow, PassAlong, Ruckus, MP3tunes, DigitalKiosk, Liquid Digital Media, NextRadio, Tradebit, Rhapsody, PayPlay, NetMusic, WrapFactory, Emusic, Puretracks, Interia, MP3-Extension, MusicIsHere, MOD Systems, Destra, Choice Records, Inprodicon, Sony Connect, Verizon, Daiki, Nareos, Napster, GreatIndieMusic, MPGreek, Sonific, USEN, GroupieTunes, Muze, RuleRadio, SNOCAP, PlayIndies, Intent Media Works, Zune, NTT, Goodstorm.

We're not the only shanty music group to be distributed this way. I know Jolly Rogers are on there, Seelie Court (60% celtic/30% maritime/10% other), and others.

Certainly check out Bilgemunkey's program and look at his playlist. You should be able to track down digital if you have names of groups.

Good luck, and thanks for supporting the musicians!

Thar also be many tune of chanty nature. . pyrates, sea tunes, riverboat tunes, anything about the water upon which we sail at our pyrate radio station on live365:

Plus we add audio features from the magazine once a month. . . There's only 8 hours of music at a time, but we try to rotate it every few weeks out of our library of 84 hours.

Since I did not receive an answer to my email, I will ask you again here in case your server is not passing all messages through:

How does a shanty music group get its tunes added to your play list?
