I know, I know.... 24 years is a LONG life for a cat. But we'll miss him so. Well, you may not realize it but your looking at the remains of what was once a very handsome woman! He must have been very fortunate to be so loved by his family. I went thru the same thing with my 17 year old kitty in April and it was one of the hardest things i've ever had to do. I hope you can find some comfort to know that you are not alone in your feelings. My sincerest condolences.
