Marcus Hook Pirate Festival

Grey Fox

Recommended Posts

Marcus Hook, PA will be holding their 2nd annual Pirate festival on September 17-18, 2010 for information click this: http://www.plankhousecrew.com/events.html Space is still available for vendors!

Grey Fox

The Grey Fox is only one of the aliases known for this dangerous pirate.

A direct descendant of the most successful Pirate of the Caribbean Captain Henry Morgan. He is a master of the sword and dagger. He's also proficient with the throwing axe and bullwhip.

As Boson he's in charge of piping the Captains orders to the crew. Disobey his orders and feel the wrath of his whip across your back. An expert sailor he learned to sail at a very young age off Lewes, Delaware. He's skilled with the marlinspike and knows how to tie knots including the hangmans noose

He's been sighted in the Bahamas, Bermuda and Key West.

Most recently he was seen in the town of Marcus Hook in the company of that scallywag Blackbeard and his crew.

Ahoy mates, twill be a good 'un, as The Brigands host the Fri nite festivities, including the crowning of this years Margret

( see the event website on exactly who she WAS and IS). Sat is expected to be no less entertaining and with a great site such as this, steeped in history and stuff, is right up yer alley for Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Damn, hope the traffic is light, save me a song and plate of food...

lite traffic going up 95 on a friday? that be a joke right?

Looking forward to the weekend.

With luck will be leaving work around 430pm and getting there between 6pm and 630pm. Just enough time to prop up the tent and throw on some finery (or at least something other than my work slops)

Chaos, panic, pandemonium - my work here is done.

Our thanks to The PLankhoue Crew, for being such good hosts; The Sons of the Sea, for a superb Sat night feast and great company;

the Crew of the Archangel for being good audience, even when we strayed into the classic Rock tunes!

Duncan and the Crew of the Vigilant, for lettin' us amatuers fire long guns ( even though my Master Gunner, Mr. Cannon, forgot the powder!).

An altogether great weekend, and we hopes to see all next year!
