Not the least reason being that I am attempting to teach myself (with my limited skill) how to play a few of their songs on the guitar (for the morbidly curious, Razor and Another Round are the songs I am currently butchering on my long suffering instruments). michaelsbagley Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 I was at a Hockey game a few weeks ago, and in typical hockey game fashion they played a lot of fast paced rock tunes... At this particular games it almost sounded like the Motley Crue album was stuck in the CD player or something... So since then I have been on a huge Motley Crue kick. I love the Sixx A.M. Album! I haven't bothered with the book, but I have always had a soft spot for concept albums (Roger Waters is one of the best for those IMHO). Nikki Sixx always struck me as one of the more interesting character from the band, and even more so when I discovered back in the late 80s through the early 90s, he was listening to, and being influenced by a number of the gothic industrial bands I was very big on in those years. Mien Gott, but she has a beautiful voice - it's as good as the best instrument I can think of. I don't even listen to the words...just the intonation. Their concert Saturday night was outstanding! Ransom danced her little toesies off! And, I got me picture taken with Robert, the lead singer, and also Nathanial (lead guitar) and Daniel (bass).
