"Squeaky" says hello!
To my dearest Willie,
I keep looking out the window hoping to see you out there waiting for me to play ball. It's just not the same here. Mom keeps yammering on about how cold it is outside and all the snow on the ground. But I'm sure we would have a blast playing in it. Playing ball in the house is just no fun, especially without you. But she tries or I just drop the ball on her head.
I hope we can get together again soon. I miss you so much.
Regards to Getty
With love, Sophie
awwww! how perfect!
Lilly ...you have been missed. Glad you are safe and well.

Thanks Silkie. I've been around just trying to stay out of trouble, lol
I'm sort of sorry we had her fixed. They would have had gorgeous puppies.

I don't think Sophie had "nesting" abilities in mind, more like "chew toy" abilities...
hehe. Now that Willie isn't around to play with, I have a very wet cat once again.
Looks like the kids had fun together ........shame that they can't get together more often ...the same for all of us!!!
Eh? Willie? Wet cat?
Note to self ~ Must have Ears Checked. Again.
Or simply mustn't walk in during the midst of conversation.
Wanders off ~ to find Hubby.

Oh Mary, you almost made me spew my drink all over the keyboard.
Captain Boo (the cat) is definitely Sophie's most favorite chew toy. I don't think Boo minds all that much. In a twisted sweet sort of way, I think she rather enjoys it. She could run away, but nooooooooooooo, she just lays there and let's her do it. I need to get a video of it.

See what I am reduced to playing with. Daddy's smelly socks.
Posted January 8, 2009
Better yet, maybe I'll chew on the cat
Captain Boo doesn't look too happy about it though.
Please, oh please, can we play again......................................
Love the pics!
So does Willie.

My dearest Willie,
Woof, sniff, woof
I bet you're having a lot more fun chasing the ball than I am. Daddy finally took me outside to play but with all the snow it was a little hard to find the bloody thing. Then daddy started throwing snowballs for me to chase but as soon as they landed, they kept disappearing. That wasn't much fun at all. I don't mind the cold too much but this snow is getting pretty deep. When we were done, mommy had to pick the snow chunks out of my fur that got stuck to my belly. That wasn't all that pleasant. I can't wait until I can play in the grass again.
Say hi to Getty for me and give that ball a good long squeak.
Your buddy, Sophie

Oi Sophie... looks like fun! We have the cold but still no snow... the non-fuzzy children keep hoping though. Getty says hi, he went in to have a lump on the back of his neck checked out... so they put him through a barrage of tests... we should have the results next week... and hopefully some kind of meds to treat the thyroid...
Hey Willie, tell the non-fuzzy ones they are welcome to come here for a visit. So sorry to hear about Getty. I know how scary it is when your brother or sister has issues. Hopefully the lump will be just a fatty deposit like Mouse used to get and hopefully that thyroid problem can be resolved. Tell your mom not to worry too much. Please let us know how it turns out. Mom says she will be thinking and praying for Getty.

My Dearest Willie,
How are you my friend? It seems like forever ago that we got to play. Daddy takes me out to catch snowballs once in a while but I really miss the grass. I had to see the doctor the other day. I have a little ear infection and had to get one of those rabies shots. Then the doctor said I need to loose 13 pounds. I don't think I look fat. Mommy says I'm just voluptuous but they still put me on a diet. So I guess it's no more of those yummy treats for me for a while. sigh. It's a good thing I like apples and carrots.
I hope you, Getty and the non-fuzzy ones are well. I miss you all.

My dearest Willie.
I've been getting a lot of practice catching the ball now that all the snow is gone. I can't wait until we can play together again.
Mom took this picture of me so I could wish you a proper Happy Easter.
I am the real Easter Bunny. Hop hop.
Willie says he wants a ball in his Easter basket, forget the eggs.

It was so nice to finally spend some time with you, Getty and your 4 legged family again. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed all the times playing ball and swimming in the pool. I had the time of my life.
I miss you and hope we can be together again soon.
Please thank you family for taking such wonderful care of me.
Love and slobber to you all.
