These Classics are suspended from twist patterned sterling wire and jump rings to complete the nautical theme. These are not hollow stamped pieces. They are fully sculpted 3-D skulls and bones and are truly worthy of any proper Wench or Pirate. They are created using the lost wax casting method, and with old world craftsmanship. These pieces are not mass produced in China, they are created by me, right here in the USA. Each is approximately 5/8ths inches tall, and wide, and each weighs approximately 6 grams. Ahoy Thar Good Folk, I just finished having these cast! They are a pair of Sterling Silver Hook Earings. The Skull and Crossbones is carved on both sides of cuff which is finished with a rope pattern. The jump rings and ear loops are sterling silver as well. They are just over an inch in height and 0.5 inches in diameter. Each weighs approximately 9 grams, and are stamped with my jewelers mark I have only made the one pair, but I can make more upon request. They will sell to Pub members for $27.50 per pair usd. I AM an artist, Sculptor/designer I work as a sub contractor to Toy companies for my bread and butta. I do mostly prototype sculpting for the preliminary phases of toy development. My primary customer was Mattel Toys Inc., I've sculpted more tiara's for Barbie than I can remember, Jeez How many crowns does a woman need (Forget I asked that) Lately business in the Toy industry has been Slooooow, so now I'm into being the "Starving artist" Getting healthy and drop'n pounds the hard way. You might try contacting some of the volunteer sailing groups in Your area. The closest one to me be LAMI (Los Angeles Maritime Institute) They built two new ships for thier program a few years back, The Irving and Exy Johnson.
