[ooc: I'm not dead, I swear... Callie watched, fascinated, as Tudor showed her the mystical art of making good coffee. What she didn't let on was that she'd never had coffee before, hence why she didn't know how to make it properly. Of course, she never imagined a beverage could end up so... gritty. When it was finished, she sipped the hot brew and tried not to make a face. So that was coffee. Ugh. She decided it was an aquired taste as she thanked Miss Smith for helping her.

Callie jumped to her feet with a shreik. "I'll kill yeh all! I'll slice yeh and ... uh... " She suddenly realized that it was only Miss Smith and not the enemies she had just been dreaming about. She stared blankly for a second, her slight frame swaying from having stood too quickly. "Sorry, Miss... ah... I forget your name, sorry." "Smith." "Right. Yeah, sorry, I sort of found myself lost and well I'm not really sure how I got asleep so I didn't make it to... eh... where was I supposed to go?"

The somewhat boyish looking girl gave Tudor an exasperated look. "I had a better job, but the royal navy don't like girls working their ships." Miss Smith blinked. "And what does that have to do with you trying to lighten my pocket?" "Obviously, since I'm out of work, I'm looking for a new ship to work for, preferrably english-speaking without the king's flag."
