Have scoured the internet looking for reasonably priced reproductions of gunner's tools, such as gunner's level, gunner's quadrant, and gunner's calipers. Cannot find them if they are out there. Anybody have some they want to part with, or can anyone recommend a site that may carry them?

I went by Big Mike's shop a week back and took some pictures of his workspace and some upcoming knife projects. Here's the shop. This is a pic of Big Mike working on a Mediterranean kard. And this is a Viking knife he's offering up for sale at $130. The handle is ebony and the fittings are a combination of brass, steel, bronze and malachite. The sheath is made of red oak with loose leather cross-straps to hold a coin, stone or other special totem.

Big Mike is moving some knives from his collection. Mike is a friend of mine and has been making one of a kind knives for years. I've bought some 9 pieces from him myself. He's asked me to post a few from his collection as he just finished his new knife shop and wants to move on to all new creations. SEE NEW ADDITIONS THROUGHOUT THE THREAD. SOLD: The first is a damascus knife about eight and a third inches overall with brass and Malachite fittings and a dark wood which I believe is ebony. SOLD: The second is a curved, double edged blade with a little wear and natural patina and mottling of black and brown on the blade. The handle is made of tulipwood…

Just finished up the makings of George Washington's Battle Sword for a mate that can't follow through with his order. Not sure if the link to the picture will work but if you all copy and paste it in your browser you can see the pics of it up close. This is a fully functional battle sword that we hand forged from a piece of carbon steel with nickel plated hardware. We make many swords for our mates and hope that you all like this one http://tiptopwebsite.com/photos4/kingsforgeandmuzzleloading/Washington.JPG http://tiptopwebsite.com/photos4/kingsforgeandmuzzleloading/Washington1.JPG

Hello everyone. I should preface this post by saying that I've never sold any of my maps and that I'm still unsure as to how much they may be worth to someone. But.... I'm in need of some 19th century kit in order to work at a historic site here near Seattle and was told by a fellow reenactor I should try to sell my maps in order to make that possible. So what will you get? A map. On linen paper, Hand plotted, drawn, inked and colored(if you so desire) Every map I've made so far has been very closely based on an original I've found somewhere. I promise you the closest to a period map that I am able to make. I have been using modern inks so that the drawing and letteri…

Ahoy mates! Does anyone know of a place where I might buy a black rosette cockade to adorn my tricorn? I have seen several sites with hats for sale, such as Jarnigan, Jas. Townsend, etc., but I'm looking for somewhere that will sell me just the simple round cockade with a pewter button. I wonder if there is anyone out there who makes them? Heck, if I had a pattern or some instructions, I'd try making one myself! Anyway, if anyone can help, I'd be obligin' to ye!

Here is another sword we custom made for one of me mates. They wanted something special in a leaf guard cutlass. After asking some questions on what exactly they were looking for we found that it was to be made for battle, stage and show. After coming up with several drawings we settled on this Maple Leaf pattern and submitted it to our mate the end result is what you see here in the pictures. It is a Double Maple Leaf guard cutlass with a 5160 full tang Carbon Steel blade, that we hand forged. The pommel we cut from a single piece of Nickel Silver. The handle is Curly Maple to compliment the Maple leaf Guard that has a set screw holding the blade securely, at the end of…

Hand sewn by me from a 1750's coat pattern I modified a tad. Wool outer with a 100% linen liner, sewn with linen thread. I think I added copper buttons and there might be pewter on the cuffs. I tried to make it around a 46, but it still got a tad bigger. $100. and some shipping OBO

For those interested and have been toying with the idea of a knee gun of boxlock, next year I will be raising the prices from $550 to $600 (boxlock) and from $650 to $700 (Knee Gun). For those of you who are unaware these are hand made individual guns and not your typical india guns. 9 Days left to get a deposit at the old price.

I'm selling this antique Queen Anne Priming horn from my own collection. Perfect for early to mid 1700s reenactment. This is an original Queen Anne style priming flask from the early 18th century. This would have been used mainly with pistols and carried in the pocket of a waistcoat. There is a slight crack in the screw on cap and there is some wear to the bottom of the horn but other than that this is a fine example of these rare and collectable powder flasks. It is approx 3" wide and 6" tall. $179.27 (these are on some websites for over $400) http://www.lettersofmarque.co.uk/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=197

Ahoy mates! I work on a 72' brigantine doing pirate living history. I have a pair of straight last shoes, but never get to use them on board as they have leather soles, and I like to not slide while working on deck or aloft. Call me Mr. Picky if you like, but thud is bad, splash is bad, and thud splash is real bad. Is anyone out there selling straight last shoes with a rubber sole? If so, I am willing to give them a try and if they work well the whole crew will probably grab some. I'm not looking for boots. Thank you in advance for thinking of it, but I just need a good shoe. Best, Mr. Atwood Quartermaster, Formidable

I have a Baltimore Knife and Sword Falchion for sale. I bought this blade from the great guys at BKS for a project I had but the tang on this sword was for more of a hand and a half sword. If any of you have not checked out the great swords and knives at BKS follow this link http://imakeswords.com/falchions.htm The project I had in mind called for a single hand tang. It seemed a shame to cut the tang on this sword, so I mounted up a steel cross and pommel I had and came up with this great falchion. The Stats for the Falchion are; 30” sharp single edge blade with file work on the back of the spine near the guard 9 ½” unsharpened back-edge Blade width is 1 7/8” (almost…

I be wanting some Persian rugs or rugs that have that persian look to them. I want the worn, the old, torn, filthy, etc sort of persian rugs... the ones that are just tossed into the dumpster instead of sold or restored. I saw on a home remodeling show an awesome persian area rug that was torn and worn that was just... tossed out! I nearly cried! So, if anyone sees a pathetic looking persian rug, let me know. If there is a cost to it, no really willing to pay more than $25 for it. After all... it'll be used for the encampments, on the ground... dust, dirt, mud, grass, etc. Thanks. ~Lady B
