Southern California -- this just in March 6, 2012 | 10:35 am Authorities said the cannonball that struck and killed a 33-year-old woman in San Diego County was homemade and that alcohol was involved in the incident. The woman's husband and another man were working on a cannon shortly after midnight outside the couple's mobile home when it exploded, according to a Cal-Fire spokesman. One of the two men was sent to the hospital with minor injuries. The incident is being investigated by the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. Few details were immediately available, and it's unclear exactly what killed the woman. The incident occurred in a mobile home park in Potrero…

ARIES (Mar 21- Apr 19) Drinking style: Impulsive Aries people like to party and sometimes don't know when to call it a night. Their competitive streak makes them prone to closing-time shot contests. They're sloppy, fun drunks, and they get mighty flirty after a couple tipples. Getting Aries people drunk is a good way to get what you want out of them, should other methods fail. Aries can become bellicose when blotto, but they will assume that whatever happened should be forgiven (if not forgotten) by sunrise. They can be counted on to do the same for you - - so long as you haven't gone and done anything really horrible to them last night, you sneaky Gemini. TAUR…

Ok so today I went to the local county fair and who was their? Johnny Depp doing PR work for the coast guard. Ok so Depp was not their but the Coast Guard was. Well with me building that boat this winter I got to talking to the guys and they told me about the Coast Guard Auxiliary. For about $30 I can goto eight two hour classes about Boating Skills and Seamanship class. Material will range from the basics to more advanced skills. Now this has got my attention. But on the way home I got to thinking was I getting a little to into this??

Has anyone watched this. I think it's great except for how horrible the men can be about women. But I love the old stuff I remember from back then, the clothes, the old cig lighters, the cars, the homes, the decorations, the booze, the cigs, the typewriters etc. Pretty controversal show, but I like it so far.

I'm still trying to find a picture but I hope someone else watched American Dad last night and saw the pink disco pirate. It was the CIA telethon episode and one of the acts used a pirate dressed in pink busting disco moves. He had roller skates and even his peg leg had a roller on it. I was dying. I will keep searching for that pic. edit: Also, if you didn't catch Dexter last night then you missed the Bachelor party stripper option "Pirates in Petticoats". Yaaaaaaar!

I'm just curious how everyone is making out with gas prices, etc., and if any of the slowdown is affecting you yet. Here in NJ, gasoline is $3.05/gal (and that includes madatory full-serve), yet I cross the stateline to NY and it is $3.56/gal (self serve) . I just found out my bank (Citibank) is posting a $5.2 bil. loss. Things sound kind of shaky lately.

I was watching the very dreamy and very well fit Tyrone Powers In the Mask of Zoro Twice in the flim (in the begining and at the very end) he tossed his sword up and stuck into ceiling. He did this again in the Black Swan When he "Bunked with" Maureen O'Hare. So what is the deal with this trick, I mean was he showing off one day and some one said that's neat, we need to get that on flim.

Forgive me folks but it's turned in to a sad day around here. My old freind of many years, Angus 'Gus' McGoof, died just a little over an hour ago. He was an old Gordon Setter I've had for along time. I think 14 years. Just lay down and went away it seems. I'll sure miss the ol' buggar. If yer liftin' a glass and need a reason to toast, lift one for ol' Gus, a fine Scottsman gone to his Clan. Thankee.

Dec. 8, 1980, a date many will never forget. It still saddens me to think of John being killed in such a horrible way. Imagine all the people living life in peace.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20060413/ap_on_...HBhBHNlYwM5NjQ- There's warning signs all over the place, so it doesn't make sense why people would still ride if they have health problems. But I've heard people who are in great health still get chest pains after they ride it. If it's like a real space launch why don't they have the guests wear special space suits? Like how real astronaughts do for real space launches. Ya know, I may love fast rides and all that, but this is a little ridiculous. I'm in good health, but I don't think I'd ride this. Any ride that offers you a barf bag and makes you have chest pains is not worth it! Has anyone on here rode this? Is it as …

Yup... ye read that right. Another Midwestern earthquake. And so close to many members of the Archangel, too! (Damnit, what ye bloody devils doin'?) Apparently a 3.8 (was initially thought to be a 4.3) magnitude earthquake from the vicinity of DeKalb, Illinois was felt rather strongly in Chicago! Shocking, eh? Happened around 4am, this morning. So any of ye around the northern Illinois area (possibly eastern Iowa, southern Wisconsin, Western Michigan, Northwest Indiana...) and ye felt a little shaking around 4 this morning... THAT was the earthquake. Cool, huh? I'm a bit bummed... 'cause dammit! I missed another Earthquake! ~Lady B
